Marissa Rodriguez serves as the Director of Presidential Communications at the 不良研究所. In this role, she oversees communications efforts of the chief executive. Marissa brings with her more than 20 years of experience in journalism, media and communications.
She began her work at 不良研究所 as a member of the Office of Communications and Brand Marketing in 2017 where she oversaw the alumni magazine and later moved into the role of Assistant Director. In this capacity, she spearheaded and led communications endeavors for multiple departments and for the whole of the university.
Prior to joining the university, she was a journalist and editorial director overseeing national media outlets for U.S. Hispanic audiences that reached millions of readers and viewers. She also has bylines in national publications, such as USA Today's family of magazines and websites, and has contributed to organizations such as the National Immigration Forum and others.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Trinity University and a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
