Office of the President

Melissa C. Molina is the Executive Assistant to the President at the 不良研究所 (不良研究所), where she has served since April 2016. In this role, she provides strategic support to both the President and the Board of Trustees, managing high-level administrative tasks and facilitating key communications with university leaders and the broader community. Melissa also works closely with the Chief of Staff to coordinate the daily operations of the Office of the President, assist with presidential events, and manage office communications.

Melissa has over a decade of experience in higher education administration. Prior to joining 不良研究所, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Military Affairs at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Her career in higher education began in 2011, building a strong foundation in executive support and organizational leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Science from the 不良研究所, and two Associate of Applied Science degrees in Office Systems Specialist and Records Management from San Antonio College. In addition to her academic qualifications, Melissa is a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) and a Texas Notary.

Committed to professional growth and community service, Melissa currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Executive Women International (EWI) – San Antonio Chapter, where she actively supports women in business and leadership.
